After producing a couple of shorts and a pilot episode (a precursor to Komikarate), Applebaum produced the James Flynn film Eastern College
during the summer of '07, on which he also acted in a lead role. Noah
quickly followed up his production performance with another for the
Hollywood film La Linea, starring Ray Liotta, Andy Garcia, Esai Morales, Danny Trejo, Kevin Gage, Armand Assante, Bruce Davison, and Joe Morton, this time as assistant production coordinator.
Noah worked as a 2nd 2nd Assistant Director on Across The Hall, starring Brittany Murphy, Mike Vogel, and Danny Pino of Cold Case. The movie was shot on the lot at Universal Studios and utilized the New York street scene PRE FIRE as part of its setting. Directed by up-and-comer Alex Merkin, this noir thriller will be ready soon.
Noah assistant directed on Dances With Films' grand jury award winner "Miss Ohio" which was shot on location in Chicago.
Whether its working for the History Channel, Spike TV or with feature film crews on studio backlots, Noah continues to produce, AD, edit, propmaster, AC and get his hands on all things film industry.
